What is “Friends for L.I.F.E.”?

“Friends for L.I.F.E.” is a group of women who have been called together by God to reach out to other women who are hurting and needing support during a difficult time in their lives.

We all have times of trial, times of loneliness, times of feeling hopeless and needing direction. Or, maybe we just need another woman to talk to who understands praying through painful situations.

“Friends for L.I.F.E.” means:

L— Love

I—Intercession

F—Friendship

E—Encouragement

“Through Loving, supportive relationships, we will Intercede on your behalf and walk with you through the difficulties of life. Offering Friendship and Encouragement, we will see God strengthen and establish the women of Village Chapel in order to become whole and free, and serve our Mighty God together.”

“Friends for L.I.F.E.” is committed to keeping confidentiality.

We have a commitment to never share your information with anyone else. This is a critical part of our ministry and we want you to know that you can have a place of safety and your concerns are held in the strictest confidence.

However, we are legally bound by the State of Ohio to report any sexual or physical abuse of a child under 18 years of age.

“Friends for L.I.F.E.” is not professional counseling.

There is no charge to meet with the “Friends for L.I.F.E.” team, but we are not professional counselors. We will be happy to refer you to a professional counselor if you desire.
